Teachers’ Day was celebrated on 4^th Sep 2015 at 10.00 am in our school premises. All the students from std VI to XII assembled on the ground for this function. Our beloved Headmistress with all the teachers and retired teachers marched towards the dais with guard of honour and showering of flowers. The Function commenced with traditional prayer. Our beloved Headmistress Smt.R.Meena delivered welcome address. XI std Student delivered a speech in Tamil about Dr. Radhakrishnan. The Retd. Teachers were honoured by our Revered Secretary and Respected Headmistress.

Teachers read ‘Vazhthu Madal’ for the Retd. Teachers. Some teachers spoke about them. Retd. Teachers also expressed their feelings of their memorable past experience. They all had come with their family members.

All were entertained by the cultural programmes performed by the students such as group dance and group song. Then all the teachers and staff were honoured by our honourable Secretary. Tamil teacher Mrs.M. Jayanthi proposed Vote of Thanks. The function ended with National Anthem and school Mangalam. Delicious lunch was provided to one and all. Mrs.I.Monica, Tamil teacher did compering of the program.
